Nkybassfisherman Posted October 12, 2009 Posted October 12, 2009 ill be down in florida during the Christmas break time. i have fished down there before this time of year and done decent. i will be fishing some neighborhood ponds that i have seen give up some big fish. one is a old strip mine pit that is pretty deep from wat i can tell and very very clear. the other one is fairly shallow again from what i can tell and more stained. i am bank bound. i am wondering what is the best way to target bass during the winter in florida when fishing the bank?? thanks for any info. BassResource.com Advertiser FD. Posted October 13, 2009 BassResource.com Advertiser Posted October 13, 2009 Depends on the weather and water temps. If it's warm out and the water temps are in the 60's then use topwater. If it's not and a cold front just came through then live bait is your best bet. Quote
