Guest Texas_Bass_Pro Posted January 7, 2007 Posted January 7, 2007 I like the Kickin' Slab and the Kickin' minnow. Those are going to be some bass catching lures. Quote
manny Posted January 7, 2007 Author Posted January 7, 2007 i have no idea how to fish swimbaits. i hate to admit it, but i have no clue. these baits make me want to learn how. Quote
BassFishingMachine Posted January 8, 2007 Posted January 8, 2007 The Goby shad reminds me of a baby sea robin heh. Quote
The_Natural Posted January 8, 2007 Posted January 8, 2007 I'm more curious about the new Storm 'big bass' series of crankbaits. http://www.basspro.com/servlet/catalog.TextId?hvarTextId=90168&hvarDept=100&hvarEvent=&hvarClassCode=5&hvarSubCode=1&hvarTarget=browse http://www.basspro.com/servlet/catalog.TextId?hvarTextId=90163&hvarDept=100&hvarEvent=&hvarClassCode=5&hvarSubCode=1&hvarTarget=browse Quote
HPBB Posted January 8, 2007 Posted January 8, 2007 That Goby looks cool have to get me some of those. If you ever get to fish Lake Erie for smallies, anything that looks like a goby is where its at. Quote
manny Posted January 8, 2007 Author Posted January 8, 2007 i realy like the look of the spin tail shad. that's the kind of lure you just KNOW will catch fish Quote
boondocks Posted January 8, 2007 Posted January 8, 2007 That first lure will attract a lot of the bait monkeys(craw/shad). Including me. That is one cool looking lure. Probably catch more fisherman than fish. I'll buy one of them even if they don't catch fish. Hang it on my rearview mirror or something. Quote
KenDammit28 Posted January 9, 2007 Posted January 9, 2007 the first lure is a mudpuppy(some people call them waterdogs) imitation. Quote
RottManK9 Posted January 9, 2007 Posted January 9, 2007 That freekin monkey just jumped on my back! I have a trip planed to DICK's on the 1st of Feb. I'm thinking I'm coming home withsome of them if I can find them! 8-) Quote
