Hi guys, I'll be hiiting the Plok county area for6 days sarting 1/5/09. I was wondering if you wouldn't mind offering some info on what pattern the bass will be in. I readsomewhere they are already starting to make beds. Which sounds so wierd to me being up north in New England.

Thanks for your help ;)

Which lakes do you plan to fish?  Boat or Bank? Live bait or Artificial?  There are over 200 bodies of water in Polk Co and they all fish a little differently.

Lake Gibson, if it rains, would be my first choice.  Right now I can't get my boat in because of the low water levels.

Mud Lake is also down and I don't like it anyway, so that's fine with me.

Agnes is down also but is the easiest of the 3 to fish in low water levels.  The grass line and docks just north of the ramp have always produced the best for me.  There is also a deep hole near the interstate.  If I get a chance I will fish it around xmas and see what is going on.  PM me in a few weeks and remind me.  I'm getting old...
