Hello All - I'm farely new to the area (Stafford) and haven't had too much time to fish.

I live off of Hope Drive in Stafford and would like to learn about fishing in the Willow Landing area.  I don't have any experience fishing brim waters.

Any advice for fishing the harbour would be appreciated.  What types of fish are in there and some good methods?  I fished for bass there once in my 12ft jon.  Hooked a bass but didn't land it.

Any pan fish to take my four year to catch?

Thanks in advance!

I fish Aquia Creek all the time, but have only went back in that area once. I understand that there are a good number of bass there, and particularly this time of year, there is some good crappie and perch fishing to be had.

Thanks, friend!  I went by Gander Mountain on rte 3 today and spoke to a very helpful man in the fishing section.  He fishes the area quite often and gave me a lot of pointers for fishing there.

Living this close to water is a dream come true.

Thanks again.
