I am in Huntsville for a couple weeks working and would like to hire a guide or pay a fellow fisherman all expenses to go fishing here. I have zero gear but I guess I could buy some if necessary? Anyone that can help me out.

You might want to also try Jim Burks his website is bassingadventures.com he will put you on the bass on Lake Guntersville especially around Goose Pond
