Yeah when I'm in a tourney I will net the bass, other then that only on big fish.

I would say 75% of the time, but in a tournament 100% of the time I have lost to many fish trying to swing them in the boat

Nets are for sissies!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just joking fella's. Since I do most of my fishing from the bank now , it's just something else I don't want to carry.

I would net more if I had a frame for my 2 nets a buddy of mine made me. So, if someone has an old frame just laying around or don't need.... just let me know so I can net me a big ole sow! ;D

Just like everyone else, If they seem to be around 5 or over, i'll net them.  The dinks i'll just lift them into the boat or lip em.

I'll use one during a tournament, but otherwise I wont use one.

With all my spine problems, the last thing I need to do is keep bending down to lip my fish. Anything over a couple pounds, I use the net.

Using nets is against my religion.

In 2006 while fishing in an FLW event, the pro I was with would run to get the net and by the time he was on the deck ready, a fish would come flying at his face. Have to love 30 pound braid. 8-)

I don't own one.  If its a dink, I'll lift him.  If its a hawg, I'll lip him.
