Syfer420 Posted February 16, 2008 Posted February 16, 2008 I'm going to the stick marsh tomorrow for my first time and was wondering if anyone had any info on bank fishing if at all possible. If not maybe boat rental any info would be appreciated Quote
Super User Bassn Blvd Posted February 16, 2008 Super User Posted February 16, 2008 I believe bank beating is kinda tough. Pay for Steve P or George Welcome to take ya. I woulda taken my boat if I knew you wanted to go. Too late for me now though. Quote
George Welcome Posted February 16, 2008 Posted February 16, 2008 There is very little bank fishing at the Marsh and no rentals. As general information: Steve P. does not hire out for pay and is not a guide. He does however fill in as an assist when I have the need for extra boats, and was tremendous help last year when I had my heart problems. Quote
Super User Bassn Blvd Posted February 16, 2008 Super User Posted February 16, 2008 Sorry about the bad intel George. Quote
Syfer420 Posted February 16, 2008 Author Posted February 16, 2008 i got kicked outa my spot over at a golf course in stuart and im getting extremly fustrated. I just want somwhere i can bank fish and it seems more and more spots are either being taken away or you need a boat for some sort of decent fishing. any info would be apreciated. Quote
George Welcome Posted February 16, 2008 Posted February 16, 2008 Stuart: US1 north to Port St Lucie Blvd. Right on Mariposa to Malaluca to Blackwell S. Check that pond out - I have gotten an 8-pound bass there. US1 north to N. Ft Pierce - as you are just about out of Ft Pierce watch for county park on left, (southbound side.) Just north of Indrio Rd. Quote
