That's right, kids. We're back at it for the last get together of 2007. Sunday, Decmber 16th at Okeeheelee Park in West Palm Beach. 11:00 am.

Guys, we'll be doing some grilling, some drinking, and some fishing. Also, in the spirit of Christmas, let's bring one lure or package of lures (i.e. bag of worms) to exchange in a pot luck event.

Please post here if you plan to attend and also what food or drink you want to bring.

Email me with any questions.

See ya there!

Anything is better than this crazy work schedule that I have been on.  I look forward to seeing all you guys and maybe bring a couple more fishing buddies along.  I will ask Hale if he could make it, but I bet he will be a new daddy by the 16th...or very close to it!  I can bring the burgers or sausage.

I wanna go :)

Also, in the spirit of Christmas, perhaps a $20 lunker pool.  Winner takes 1/2, the other 1/2 can go in the salvation Army can at the local grocery store or (something that has worked well here) go to the local tackle shop and ask the owner if there is a certain kid that has been coming in a lot who is worth hooking up :) (pun intended)

Guys, have fun, be safe and post pics after!!

Okeeheelee Park is located on the north side of Forest Hill Blvd. about 1/10 mile east of the turnpike. No exit for the T-pike at Forest Hill though.

Take I-95 to Forest Hill Blvd. and go west approximately 6 miles to the park (rt. hand side).  If you hit the turnpike overpass then you went 1/10 mile too far.

Take T-pike to the Lake Worth Rd. exit.  Go east on Lake Worth Rd. to Pinehurst (traffic light at Pinehurst and is about 1 mile east of the T-pike).  Go left (north) on Pinehurst about 2-3 miles.  You will come to a traffic signal which is Forest Hill Blvd.  Just continue through the intersection until you find the pavilion.

It's the alligator pavilion and I have no clue where at in the park it is so look for the signs.

New local member, i just found this site. I live in Wellington and fish Okeeheelee often, never have much luck. What part of the lake are you guys fishing? I may try and swing by and check out this local meet.
