Super User slonezp Posted May 28, 2013 Super User Posted May 28, 2013 I've pulled a number over 3 but that's about it so far. Quote
Super User MarkH024 Posted May 28, 2013 Super User Posted May 28, 2013 I'll participate but I rarely fish here in IL. I haven't even caught an IL fish yet this year. Like Slonezp, the brownies would probably be best bet for me. Quote
Nice_Bass Posted May 28, 2013 Posted May 28, 2013 I have my lowest number of over 5's this year- but I also have fished about half the amount I would normally have. Would love to see some big smallies show up on this board though. Quote
Super User QUAKEnSHAKE Posted May 29, 2013 Super User Posted May 29, 2013 Here is my biggest and most likely wont catch bigger 3.37# used lipless crank. Quote
Nice_Bass Posted May 31, 2013 Posted May 31, 2013 Lightning death on Shelbyville yesterday. Be careful this weekend if you can make it out! Quote
Super User slonezp Posted May 31, 2013 Super User Posted May 31, 2013 Another one? That's 2 this week. Quote
Jigs 4 Pigs Posted June 1, 2013 Posted June 1, 2013 I have my lowest number of over 5's this year That's my goal every year, crack that d**n 5lbs. Can catch a couple 4's every year but can't seem to trick the big mama's. So far this year I'm stuck on 3lbs 10oz caught on swim jig/ paca craw. It's still early tho, with this messed spring I think everything got pushed back a few weeks. I'm in the Plainfield area and I'm catching pre-spawners. Usually It would be post spawn by now. Quote

Found a few on beds as well as some guarding fry the last 2 days. Quote
Super User slonezp Posted June 3, 2013 Super User Posted June 3, 2013 Fox Chain continues to be on fire. Our club weighed in 32 limits out of 44 boats. Biggest bag was over 15lbs and big fish was a 4.79lb post spawn female. There were a couple 4+ girls still with eggs. A ton of pike were caught as well. My son got a 24" his buddy got a 36" and a number of other boats landed them as well. 1 Quote

Super User MarkH024 Posted June 18, 2013 Super User Posted June 18, 2013 Nice fish! what's up with the Green Bay Packers shirt? Smh.. Quote
Super User slonezp Posted June 18, 2013 Super User Posted June 18, 2013 I failed as a father. He turned out a good kid except for the Packers obsession. He is ridiculed by every member of the family and it doesn't phase him. My brother has season tickets to the Bears since before they gave the facelift to Soldier Field. My bro has taken him to every home Bears Packers game and the kid will sit and get taunted and stuff thrown at him, yet he continues to go. He was 6 when he saw the Packers win the Super Bowl against New England, and kids like to root for the winning team. It's a shame, he's the last boy in the family to carry on our family name,,,and he's a Packers fan. Quote
Super User MarkH024 Posted June 18, 2013 Super User Posted June 18, 2013 You better rethink your will. Da Bears! Quote
