Went out for about 8hrs today on the lake. Put in at 7 points. Muddy water upstream of the launch, james creek area, visiblity was around 1.5 feet to all but clear down at the mile marker 4.  Water temp ranged from 44.5 up around james creek to 37.8 in between mile markers 3 and 4. Managed one bite and of course missed it. chigger craw in about 10' of water. Good day out though.

Cool! 8-)

Was there a lot of debris in the water?  I assume so.  Usually this time of year it's like runnin' and obstacle course zig-zagging around flotsum.

Can't wait till next weekend when I can get out too.

A club member of ours had pictures of the lake a few weeks ago. WOW!!! unbelievable. I think 8ft above normal pool.

Surprisingly there wasn't that much debris in the water.  No more than in the summer when the pleasure boater churn it up.  You can see the mudline up on the banks.  We did mark some fish in the 20 - 30 foot depths.
