wagn Posted September 26, 2009 Posted September 26, 2009 Man, I wish I had known about the expo ahead of time. I would have found a way to get out of work today instead of working the weekend shift. > Quote
nashua fisherman Posted September 26, 2009 Posted September 26, 2009 got out for a couple of hours today with the wife. we both did good. i caught a nice four pounder. Quote
Super User Shane J Posted September 26, 2009 Super User Posted September 26, 2009 Dude, nice fish. Darker than most I see around here, or is it just the picture? Either way, good job. What'd you catch her on? Quote
unhbass37 Posted September 26, 2009 Author Posted September 26, 2009 Nice one kid. I'm to tired to head out tonight. It's been a long day of hockey games. Maybe tommorow night if your interested. Quote
nashua fisherman Posted September 26, 2009 Posted September 26, 2009 thanks. caught her on a black/blue mini spinnerbait. got back out with the wife around 4:30 on the merrimack. d**n, its shallow. we made it about 50 yards from the island and decided to fish our way back. we hit every pile of rocks sticking out of the water and my wife caught 2 smallies. i had one come off and the wife had a couple come off. unhbass37 Posted September 29, 2009 Author Posted September 29, 2009 Well I was finally able to get out for a couple of hours and caught 4 bass. Biggest was 3 lbs 13 oz on BLK/BLUE TRICK STICKS. It was very windy, But was still able to catch'em. Felt good just to get back out there. Been busy with the kids. Here is a picture. Look at her belly. Fall feed is on. Quote
Super User Shane J Posted September 29, 2009 Super User Posted September 29, 2009 Nice one, man! Quote

Caught two 3 pounders also. 3 lbs 4 oz and a 3 lbs 8 oz. All and all another good day on the water. Here are some pictures. Quote
Super User Shane J Posted September 30, 2009 Super User Posted September 30, 2009 Nice job, man. Nice to see some bass from recent. I'm goin' to my spot in the morning for a few hours, so hopefully I'll have something to show tomorrow, but those are a couple of good looking fish. Quote
unhbass37 Posted September 30, 2009 Author Posted September 30, 2009 Thanks, I'm sure you will find a seven pounder in there. Good Luck and post pictures. Quote
Super User Shane J Posted October 2, 2009 Super User Posted October 2, 2009 Well, it was a no fish day for me. It was like 38 degrees this morning, and at least 10 mph wind. Basically, it sucked. I think I might be done hitting the water in the morning, it hasn't been paying off anymore. Quote
unhbass37 Posted October 2, 2009 Author Posted October 2, 2009 Yeah I feel my fishing may be done in the early mornings also. It will make it even harder to get out now (for me anyway). Good luck everyone this weekend. Quote
nashua fisherman Posted October 2, 2009 Posted October 2, 2009 went out to the merrimack for a few hours with unhbass. fishing was real slow but i managed this monster. this fish had "alot of heart". Quote

SausageFingers23 Posted October 3, 2009 Posted October 3, 2009 Even the smallest smallmouth put up a pretty solid fight. Im trying to come to grips with the idea that the fishing season is starting to wind down. Im not giving in yet but Im starting to get a little nostalgic for the summer already. :'( Its been a great season thus far. Quote
unhbass37 Posted October 3, 2009 Author Posted October 3, 2009 I hate rainy days. Must Fish..... :'( Quote
