Has anyone fished any rivers yet? I am planning on fishing the saco this saturday. Wondering if anyone has caught any smallies or maybe even a largemouth. I am going to use some senkos and grubs and jigs and spinners. Anybody got any other lure suggestions?

I tried the Saco river on Wednesday but had no luck. I did not get out in a boat though. I did see 2 other boats launch while I was at Rotary park. One was an aluminum and the other was a triton. I do not know how they did though. Good luck I should be down there on sunday.

There is a good number of Maine Bassers here. If you look further down the post page there is another "Any Mainers" thread where we have all checked in. It is good to see other Mainers though.
