chromedog Posted June 18, 2009 Posted June 18, 2009 Opening weekend is finally upon us and it looks like a rain soaked Saturday morning. I honestly have never really fished in the rain but we have a small tourney in the a.m. from 6am to 10am. Unless there is lightning I think I will brave it. Is there anything I should take into account or adjust as far as tackle goes? Does rain make things better/worse? Do you change tactics in the rain? Thanks Quote

Smeagol_hates_taters Posted June 19, 2009 Posted June 19, 2009 I don't know specifically where in WNY you are fishing, however in the Rochester area we are expecting T-Storms from pre-dawn saturday all the way till late in the afternoon, Sunday is supposed to be higher winds and alot rain through the day. I am ready to curbstomp kittens > Quote

Its alright gotta work all day anyways, and with the weather it doesnt look like many boats will be launching, so I guess I will get to fish Quote
