Tokyo Tony Posted March 12, 2008 Posted March 12, 2008 First of all, sorry I have to post one at a time, but I can't get on photobucket from work. I just got some pictures developed at Wal-Mart and figured I'd post some for you to enjoy First one is a nice trout I caught on the Farmington River Quote
Tokyo Tony Posted March 12, 2008 Author Posted March 12, 2008 ....this is an area in the Farmington I fished often throughout the winter... Quote
Tokyo Tony Posted March 12, 2008 Author Posted March 12, 2008 Another nice trout - I love the hook mouth, and if you look closely you can see the red dots. Beautiful Quote
Tokyo Tony Posted March 12, 2008 Author Posted March 12, 2008 One of my dogs, Buddy XI, wanting so badly to chase after my lure, but being a good boy Quote
Tokyo Tony Posted March 12, 2008 Author Posted March 12, 2008 Cold muddy pond where I had no luck after 3 attempts Quote
Tokyo Tony Posted March 12, 2008 Author Posted March 12, 2008 I'm really glad all the ice is gone - how depressing is this picture? ...and that's all for now, folks. Quote
fishizzle Posted March 12, 2008 Posted March 12, 2008 Great photos That last one is spooky thanks Quote
Perfect Hook Set Posted March 12, 2008 Posted March 12, 2008 I thought fishing was going to pic up a little you know more then one catch in a day but, NOPE! Quote
Tokyo Tony Posted March 12, 2008 Author Posted March 12, 2008 Not havin' too much luck lately Perfect Hook Set? It's still really early and the fish still aren't too active yet. If one of you CT guys wants to go out this weekend and catch a bunch of fish on jerkbaits, PM me. I may take the canoe out to Silver Lake in Berlin/Meriden. You're guaranteed (until I typed that) to catch a bunch of (smaller) fish, including LMB, perch, crappie, and pickerel. The place is loaded, and the fish are starting to become pretty active. My brother and I caught 8 fish together yesterday in an hour, fishing from shore. It's even better when you can get out to the good spots. This lake is a great place to get your fix ;D Quote
ctbassmaster2008 Posted March 13, 2008 Posted March 13, 2008 hey great pictures i think im gonna go out for the first time this year this weekend. Im also from CT Quote
Tokyo Tony Posted March 14, 2008 Author Posted March 14, 2008 hey great pictures i think im gonna go out for the first time this year this weekend. Im also from CT Thanks What part of CT are you from? I live in Newington, just outside of Hartford. I usually won't travel more than an hour or so to get to a fishing spot (unless I go up to NH), but I fish pretty much everywhere within an hour's drive radius from my house. Quote
