smallieking Posted March 2, 2008 Author Posted March 2, 2008 o ok yea i have some chunks and some beavers im going to stop at the gander moutain before i go to pick up some extra jigs and then im going to look for some paca craws as well i sure hope it works but it seems like ice out isnt for 3 more months with this snow i keep gettin Quote
dumb_dog11 Posted March 2, 2008 Posted March 2, 2008 get some paca chunks there made for that purpose and are cheaper than paca craws. HOWEVER, if you will also be using them on a TX rig than just get the regular paca craws. OR BOTH!!!! ;D dd11 Quote
Super User Jeff H Posted March 2, 2008 Super User Posted March 2, 2008 Go PORK in cold water! Uncle Josh #11. 3/4 oz jig ....all black. Quote
Lunkers0 Posted March 2, 2008 Posted March 2, 2008 I second the Pork in cold water. I also use a pretty heavy jig when fishing deep. Quote
