This wa featured on Fishing University this morning - it looks like a regular jerkbait with a chatter bait blade in front - the website shown on the show was z-mansbaits or something like that, but I haven't been able to get it to connect.

It looks like it might be an interesting modification especially for suspending jerkbaits, if the blade doesn't screw up the suspension.  I may actually try to create some with my old rouges and CB blades to try out this spring (if the water ever gets soft >;))

The only hard water around here is from my shower and I think that problem is fixed... ;)

Though I went to two near by ponds and the were both frozen over AGAIN!

One had a water fall and the current was incredible so that small area which was open wasn't "fishable"

can't wait until the ICE THAWS

I am thinking the idea would work better with a deep diver design.

I am sure the bait will have much more movement and flash which is a plus.

yeah it might work well with a lipless crank too.

heres my take on it:

the chatterbait came out to give crankbait action to a jig/spinnerbait type lure. ok cool

the chatterstick come out to give crankbait action to a crankbait....what is the purpose in this? crankbaits already have crankbait action, no need for a blade on them.......
