Low_Budget_Hooker Posted November 25, 2007 Author Posted November 25, 2007 of course Alan. We will plan a day after the ground turns white. We will wait till the cabin fever has planted its roots. For now, there is still fishing to do. Brutal, yes, but it's fishin' We will rally a bunch of guys to meet up. I've been waiting a few years to meet some of the NH guys, maybe we can all get together for lunch one Saturday. I miss my travel comrades also, cigarlover and NBoucher, been too long. Quote
Super User Tin Posted November 26, 2007 Super User Posted November 26, 2007 Brutal, yes, but it's fishin' Brutal, today was beyond brutal. But just getting a hit on the jig felt awsome!!!!!!!! Quote
nboucher Posted November 26, 2007 Posted November 26, 2007 By the way, I did make it over to BPS on Sunday. Some of the more popular colors of plastics and some of the jigs were already out of stock, so either they're having trouble keeping the racks stocked or they ran out of some things. I plan to go over again after the holidays, when things settle down. I'm sure they're still getting the bugs worked out; the sales people, though courteous enough, weren't very knowledgeable. I had my 15-yr-old daughter with me, and she was mostly interested in checking out the party boats. : Russ, we'll connect one of these days. Too bad we didn't get on the water together this year, but there's always next. . . Quote
Bassnajr Posted November 26, 2007 Posted November 26, 2007 nboucher is right... Many things out of stock.. I was told by one of the guys who seemed to know what was up that they (corprate) sent the new store just enough to open up. The real stock will be in AFTER Christmas, so if any of you were wondering what I want from Santa, BPS gift cards will be fine lol bassinajr Quote
