Boett43 Posted November 8, 2007 Posted November 8, 2007 Could Anyone Fill me in on some small tournaments in MD that would be good for me to get in just to get a feel for tournament fishing?? Thanks Big B 8-) Quote
Low_Budget_Hooker Posted November 8, 2007 Posted November 8, 2007 Email your local Federation nation and TBF presidents and ask for a list of their fund raiser tourny's for the yr. Not only will you be fishing against the guys that do it all yr (good representation of a the competition) but your entry fees will go to a great cause. Quote
Boett43 Posted November 8, 2007 Author Posted November 8, 2007 Hey LBH idk if you will be able to answer this fully but do you know if you have to be apart of federation or something to fish the tournaments..and do you have any tourny expeirence Quote
Super User Munkin Posted November 8, 2007 Super User Posted November 8, 2007 Check out the MD Bass website it lists all the clubs in the state by county. Clubs will have their own tournaments that do not cost anything except your $55 annual Bass fee. You can join as a non-boater to get experience and usually your only cost is 1/2 of the gas. Super User Munkin Posted November 8, 2007 Super User Posted November 8, 2007 Forgot how young you are? There is a junior tournament trail in the state and if you are interested I know the guy that basically runs the whole thing. Allen Quote
