Need a little help from you Branson area members.  One of my brothers and his wife will be out there and they want to take a day to fish.  I assume Table Rock, but if there is a better option without adding much drive time, he'd be game.  I don't even think he cares if it's a LMB or SMB trip, for that matter, as long as the fish are on, he'd probably go for hybrids, trout or whatever.

I'm hoping we can give him a solid recommendation of a guide or two to call.

Thanks for any help.

Table Rock can be tough during the summer.  If they're generating through the dam, fishing below in Taneycomo for trout may be the better ticket.

Don't miss the fish hatchery below the dam.

I agree with Glen here, I fished Table Rock two smmers ago but without a guide. Spent 3 days trying to find fish to bite. A guide is a must.

Seems to me when they are pulling water on TR I do better with a little current.

There are numerous good guides on the Rock, but I'd have to recommend my old friend Jerry Snider,Ozark Bait and Tackle in Kimberling City Mo.

Hey flechero, hope this isn't too late, but here are a few Table Rock guides who I've read "reports" from others are pretty good (note: I've never used them myself):

Bill Babler

Capt. Don House

Eric Prey

I'm sure there are other good ones, but if I were hiring a guide it would probably be one of these three.
