Guest Texas_Bass_Pro Posted January 3, 2007 Posted January 3, 2007 $390 WOW!!! I hope it is worth it. If you give back some positive feedback on it I may have to go out and get one for myself. Quote
Super User burleytog Posted January 3, 2007 Super User Posted January 3, 2007 I've wanted one of those since they first showed up in the catalogs. Not enough room on the boat for all the gadgets I want. :'( Quote
Guest Texas_Bass_Pro Posted January 4, 2007 Posted January 4, 2007 time to buy a bigger boat I think the monkey is calling....... ;D Quote
Super User Long Mike Posted January 4, 2007 Super User Posted January 4, 2007 IMO, unless you fish in gin-clear water, this device would be almost useless. Further, I think it is just another hoola-hoop. This device does absolutely nothing to improve your ability to catch fish. All it does is show you, under optimal conditions, if there are fish under your boat. If I'm not grossly mistaken almost any quality depth finder will do the same, and with much better resolution than a camera being used under less than ideal optical conditions. Personally, I would invest my money elsewhere. Quote
Cajun1977 Posted January 4, 2007 Author Posted January 4, 2007 we used one last week in a semi murky water and im using it now for ice fishing noone said it catches fish i did buy it to get a visual of whats down there Quote
Pa Angler Posted January 4, 2007 Posted January 4, 2007 $390 they have come down in price they were up near the $450 to $500 originally. It would be nice to see what's under your boat though. Good Luck with it. Chow Quote
