Crankhead Posted January 28, 2008 Posted January 28, 2008 I was looking in my Bass Master magazine (Dec. 2007) at the new lures for 2008 and saw a topwater lure called the Injured Minda. The interesting part was that you run your line through the lure and tie it to the hinged back tail. I went to their website and it directs you to You Tube where it shows you how the lure works. On the website it states the Injured Minda has been sold since Aug 2007. Is there anyone who has bought this lure and can give a review on their results? Quote
johnkook73 Posted February 22, 2008 Posted February 22, 2008 I just ordered two of them last week, was going to try them this spring. I talked to the owner and he said if you do buy any, he wants some feedback and pictures if you can. I will let you guys know how they do. John Quote
Super User T-rig Posted February 22, 2008 Super User Posted February 22, 2008 Strange looking bait but I'm sure it will catch fish. Quote
brian_82 Posted February 22, 2008 Posted February 22, 2008 Wait... What? You tie onto the tail section with the line through the body? I am going to have to find that on you tube. That is just weird. Quote
-ebby- Posted February 22, 2008 Posted February 22, 2008 i seen this to and was wondering the same thing... Quote
guitarkid Posted February 22, 2008 Posted February 22, 2008 "Catch fisherman not fish" this thing is where I draw the line. Just too weird. -searoach Quote
Super User .dsaavedra. Posted February 23, 2008 Super User Posted February 23, 2008 that thing actually looks pretty good. i like how the tail flaps when you twitch the line. this looks just like what several dying baitfish have done when i've seen them floating at the top. might be worth a shot fishing that thing! is there a website i can go to to order them? Super User .dsaavedra. Posted February 23, 2008 Super User Posted February 23, 2008 ok thanks for the link. for $20 i think i'd rather try to make a bait similar to that myself! if it was only $5 or so i'd consider buying one but not for $20. Quote
fishizzle Posted February 23, 2008 Posted February 23, 2008 I'm catchin what youre throwin down DS Too rich for my blood Quote
