I have a veritas 7 foot heavy its great little rod for the price.  but if you looking for a awesome rod in the range of buckets check out a Powell.  I would go with a 7 foot mh plus you can not beat the customer service from Powell.

Thanks alot.Walmart dont know what they are missing. They weren't paying but 300 for two weeks of work so hopefully I can find a full time job that will pay alot more than that.

The Boyd Ducket is super light and has great balance. I don't like the foam handles or the dual triggers on the Smoke rods. They were about the same weight. I have not held a Verdict yet but I don't think I would like the extending handle. The veritas felt pretty good but I really like the new micro guides and therfore would once again lean toward the Ducket.
