Those are Team Pro, Team Red, and Team LITE.

The old one on top is a BB1 LMG

Fresh start for 2015. I've had the SX and a couple of the Abu rods, but everything else is brand new.

Lol I really didn't have much more than some yard casting with the first one I got for Christmas, and I told myself I have to get another one. Then they ran out and I had been trying to find one for the same $300 price and I did on TT. I ordered some os7's for one of them yesterday. Can't wait to try them out as these will be my first!!

I hadn't fished my Calais DC in a few years so today I decided to break it back out. Sadly I didn't catch a fish on this set up today but it was fun just having it back on the water.

I have always liked to travel lite, on a trip or going fishing. I tell my buddies to leave their tackle box at home, bring their favorite rod, and bring something to eat and drink as I also bring a cooler and ice. We fish with wild shiners 99% of the time so I don't take along a tackle box. I rig three 7' MH Berkley rods with three Abu Garcia bait casters spooled with #40 braided, tied to a 5/0 bait hook. I usually use just one rod on a trip and sometimes a buddy will use one of mine. That gives us one spare. Sometimes I'll use a float and sometimes I'll free-line. Here's my stuff in my boat . . .first photo -- Three rods, second photo -- hooks and pliers at the ready, third photo -- Floats, digital scale, tape measure, and line cutter.

Got my Metanium 13 tuned and installed with some color parts and KTF spool. Pretty happy that it casts 1/8oz jigs 24 meters. Not chocolate, but much sweeter :D

Slick Metanium, where did you get that red piece between the frame and the drag star?

It sure is! Just got it in yesterday. I cant comment a whole lot as i haven't caught anything on it yet and only made a handful of casts with a 1/16oz jig but it is similar to the previous model.  Copied and pasted from my post on another forum. ..

All in all im very pleased with it so far. A couple minor cosmetic things i dont like, like that bar code. Really? They could of put that on a sticker or tag instead of printed on the blank. Also the River Runner text could of been a bit more elegant like the lettering they used for the specifications.

Otherwise, the connection is solid, action is true to its rating, real seat is secure and i do like the carbon? rings they added but i do prefer the grip of the previous model. Not that this new one is bad at all, the old just felt more comfortable, imo.

Old model for reference.
