bootytrain Posted March 9, 2014 Posted March 9, 2014 Swapped the handle on the Curado I again, and used Core50 knobs. Shaved the weight down to 7.2 oz. 2 Quote
Super User kickerfish1 Posted March 9, 2014 Super User Posted March 9, 2014 Looks outstanding! A Curado I and another order to Hedgehog Studios is in the cards at some point. I dig the simplistic color design of the new Curado and aggressive styling contours! Quote
bootytrain Posted March 9, 2014 Posted March 9, 2014 Its the 90mm hedgehog carbon handle. Fits over the stock dragstar perfectly and the angled bends in the handle fit the Curado really well. I have the finishing touches coming in from hedgehog studios as we speak. Quote
gripnrip Posted March 9, 2014 Posted March 9, 2014 stupid thing wont let me upload right, anyway cant wait for froggin. got my 8 gear tatula today, paired with a 7'3 ***. the tatula spoke to me and said it is ok to have 2x frog/bronzeye shad setups. go buy the 7'1 tatula rod and revo premier for your T-rigging. I will obey Ah! The bluegill Iobee! One of my favorites! Quote

gripnrip Posted March 9, 2014 Posted March 9, 2014 I cant brag about much in the bass world, but the blue gill color, has made me the poor mans Dean, lol Keep at it man. You'll break your PB with that bait alone! Anyways, I just picked up a Ci4 yesterday. When I get a rod to pair with the reel, I'll post a pic...... I don't have anything that I deem worthy of this thread! LOL Quote
Crankinstein Posted March 9, 2014 Posted March 9, 2014 That's an awesome Curado I!! I actually have a spare 90mm carbon handle from hedgehog that I ended up not using but unfortunately I have no new reel to put it on right now. I would consider the idea of getting one of those new *** concepts reels but they don't have any lefties yet. Quote

BryanBrown Posted March 14, 2014 Posted March 14, 2014 that hawgtech handle looks sweet dude, but what are abec7 hybrids? only heard of ceramics hybrid bearings use ceramic balls in place of steel ones, they are constructed with steel inner and outer rings vs ceramic where everything is ceramic.
