Short handled rods make nice jerkbait rods.

I understand that, i love the shorter handles on my other smallmouth rod and one cumara, but this is exceptionally short. Makes the rod feel way too tip heavy. Oh well...

Just got this combo Mon and love it so far! Dobyns 704C Savvy with a G3 Revo SX HS. Trying different lines but i think 40-50lb braid shall win again.....

Very nice! My personal favorite rod for bottom contact baits, balance, and the pure sexyness factor!

The red bag is the one I take on the boat with me.  It holds all plastics, jigs, and tackle.  Black bag in the front has all of my cranks in it.  The box under the red bag and the tan box on the left hold all the extra cranks, and spare parts.  My rod holder is a modified saw horse.

That's a Daiwa A.O.I. reel, they were only 300 made so it's almost impossible to find.

Man I just read this entire thread. There are some nice rod/reel combos. I thought I would show yall what I'm working with in my paltry collection. Sorry for the crappy photos. Apparently my camera didn't feel taking quality pics.

From top:

- Abu Garcia Revo SX (3rd Gen) on a 7ft MH cheap Quantum Bill Dance "special" (frog rod)

- Abu Garcia SXT on a 7Ft MH Abu Garcia Veritas (spinnerbait/swim jig)

- Shimano Citica on a 7ft Med Abu Garcia Vendetta (crankbait)

- Shimano Caenan on a 7ft 3in Abu Garcia Vendetta (jig)

- Shimano Cardiff on a Hev 7ft 6in All Star (something) (swimbait)

- Pfluger President on a 6ft 6in Med Shimano Volteus (sinko)

Tomorrow I'm ordering another rod to replace the generic Quantum for my frog rod. Looking at a Daiwa. I have a couple more rods but I didn't feel like bringing them all out.

Here is my newest set up for throwing Kermit. 3rd gen Revo SX on a H/F Airrus Co-Matrix 2.0 Radialmatrix with Tuff-Line Supercast. I thought my Veritas was light but this thing is really light. Oh and this will be my first mirco-guide rod so we'll see how it does.

I would but its not fair because I work for Shimano. It would just be a picture of the inside of my 3 car garage. I have way too much stuff. And no I'm not going to give any of it away  ;D

Hey Im relatively new to fishing but would you be willing to sell any of your used gear? Im looking for a symetre or stradic, I have a sahara 2500 and its a great reel almost like the feel of it better than my quantum smoke
