The Rooster Posted February 6, 2011 Author Posted February 6, 2011 Hmmm......well.......it was a pretty shade of silver. ;D But.....for some Shimano strange reason Shimano I seem to prefer green Shimano. Quote
TimJ Posted February 7, 2011 Posted February 7, 2011 hey Rooster...your internal subliminal messages are leaking to your keyboard! careful... I own 6-2500F symetres and with some simple cleaning, have had no problems at all. my next may be a step to the stradic (a b-day present to myself) but if not, they will be the 3000 size, not for capacity, but for line pickup (a full spool picks up line quicker). after fishing as a back seater in a couple of BASS events on LSC and seeing but NOT learning my lesson, it has been reinforced over the last couple of years and I'm ready. That's the whispering in the ear. ;D Shhh Shhh Shhh Shhh Shhh.... Shimano! ;D @ flippin - How have you been? It's a good thing you don't here that whisper coming from the Stradic CI4. Passed by one at Outdoor Emporium not too long ago and almost walked out with one. Quote
The Rooster Posted February 8, 2011 Author Posted February 8, 2011 Yeah I'm developing a real thing for green Shimanos......Symetres and Curados. The silver ones aren't bad either......Citica, Saros, all the rest pretty much (except for that horrid Sonora that's orange! ). Quote
