Quantum Flipping stick?

How many of you have a Quantum rod designated for flipping and pitching? I'm looking to get one and would like to know the right length to get. thanks!

Proper length all depends on the person and application. I am 6'4 and I like a 7'6" rod for most flippin, sometimes 7', but other people use 8'. If you aren't very tall though, 8' would be very awkward for you.

I have used the klien 8 foot flipping stick and enjoyed it. Had plenty of power to pull fish out of cover.  I really would like to try the hockey rod.  I think his idea of action fits modern line and hooks

I dont know about the Hockey rod, but I have considered purchasing one of the Hackney rods when I purchase a new flippin stick.

I use the Tour Edition, I believe its the 7'4" heavy and like it allot, however Quantum seems to have downgraded the standard Tours this year. If I am not mistaken though I think they make that same model in the new Smoke Rods.

Sorry folks auto correct on my phone changed hackney to hockey.  But yeah that may be the next rod added to my arsenal

I use the 7'6 Biffle for flipping and pitching. It's a beast

I have a Quantum Energy that I used for flipping and pitching. Mine is the 7'6" H. I haven't had the opportunity to check out Hackney flipping stick but my bet would be you wouldn't be disappointed with it.
