WanderLust Posted January 21, 2011 Posted January 21, 2011 Which cranking rod would best match my Revo Winch? It tends to shine with heavier cranks... I thought I was going to use a St. Croix Big Cranker (still might) but will most likely use that rod to trade up to a Legend Extreme for jig & plastics type applications... Thoughts? Super User BASSclary Posted January 21, 2011 Super User Posted January 21, 2011 I've used a regular Powell and liked it, but I hear their cranking rods are superb. Quote

I find the 703CB glass to be a great and versatile rod, but some like em longer. I believe there is a longer Powell CB glass rod on sale on the Powell site, and maybe at TW. Quote
Bass_Fanatic Posted January 21, 2011 Posted January 21, 2011 The 754 Glass Crankin rod from Powell is on sale at TW for $118!! Get it, you wont be disappointed. Quote
