Like steezy and Dan said, buzzbaits are the only topwater that I might consider using flourocarbon with because the bait is always moving and your line never really touches the water long enough for it to sink.  Even then I am probably going to use monofilament for all topwaters

Yup, but Hybrid is not fluoro.
