I've do good swimming a Texas Rigged Worm on the surface in shallow water   8-)

Posted

Swimming worms through shallow water can be a great way to fish.

One of my best techniques when I used to live in my apartment complex was to throw a weightless, Trigged Mann's V-worm and swim it over shallow grass.

I've never thrown that worm since moving into my house.   :-?

I like that as well but don't use it that much. I have to get bigger plastic baits. I mainly fish with 6" plastics.

Do those floating plastic baits work well for that technique?  I would think so but haven't tried it.
