Super User Raul Posted September 9, 2010 Super User Posted September 9, 2010 Man, that reel has a "Daiwa made it for Falcon" look all over it. :-? Quote
Super User J Francho Posted September 9, 2010 Super User Posted September 9, 2010 Daiwa shape, and CI4 paint. Mad heavy. Quote
Super User BASSclary Posted September 9, 2010 Super User Posted September 9, 2010 May have to pick one up soon! Been needing a new spinning reel... Quote
Super User SirSnookalot Posted September 9, 2010 Super User Posted September 9, 2010 Has a nice look but I didn't notice a sealed drag mentioned. I would not buy a reel just from a picture. Very good reels out there already with a proven track record. Quote
Super User Raul Posted September 9, 2010 Super User Posted September 9, 2010 Daiwa shape, and CI4 paint. Mad heavy. Yup, that 's what I thought, the bent machine cut handle looks very nice too. But .... I 'm saving my pennies for this one now: Revros MX I have a previous generation Revros ( Revros 2004 ) and man, what a great reel for 75 bucks, I 'm delighted with it. Quote

Ya, I noticed that weight on the Falcon is up there. Heavier than what I have now, and I'd rather be going down. Know anyone who has the Revros for sale right now Raul? By the way, your new avatar is scaring me!!!!! Quote

Don 't know who has Revros for sale, none of my regular JDM suppliers have them, I think they are not interested in having them in stock, however there are great guys like Ogawa ( at Plat ) that are willing to help if you talk to them ( it 's only a matter of asking ) . I got mine from GinRinPeche a couple of years ago. Quote
