TJHfishin Posted August 13, 2010 Posted August 13, 2010 After reading reds post it made me intersted in the lamiglas series .I would be looking at the 7'3ft mh casting rod for throwing jigs and texas rigs. I am wondering on the sensitivity i have some high end rods such as the shimano crucial and a few carrot stixs and a cumara. So I guess what I am asking is how does the sensitivity compare to any of those rods i understand this is only a 109.00 dollar rod but still would like a sensitive rod. Super User Jrob78 Posted August 13, 2010 Super User Posted August 13, 2010 I built a rod on that blank, I have been very, very pleased with it. It is fairly light and sensitivity has been better than I expected. I use it primarily for Senkos and Flukes, it has enough backbone with a nice soft tip. Tackle Tour did a review of that particular rod. http://www.tackletour.com/reviewlamiglasexcel734c.html Quote
Senkoman12 Posted August 13, 2010 Posted August 13, 2010 i have the 704C and love it, very light and sensative, i use mine for spinnerbaits, light texas rigs, and light jigs, i will be buying more Quote

Super User Jrob78 Posted August 15, 2010 Super User Posted August 15, 2010 I would go with the 705 or 735 for throwing light to medium jigs. Quote
