Team Golija, who knows what will catch on and what won't. As a college football junkie, I am interested in seeing the college rods. I'm sure they would sell a ton of them down here in Texas, but I think burnt orange would make one ugly rod! Quote
SDoolittle Posted August 9, 2010 Posted August 9, 2010 I wonder if that's a college series rod in Mich.St8 Spartan's avatar. Quote

Big Tom Posted August 10, 2010 Posted August 10, 2010 I think the Lazer Lure is pretty gimmicky. It's even more bizarre that there is now a rod - that many people are skeptical of, anyhow - that is designed to throw Lazer Lure baits. To me, it is comparable to having a Banjo Minnow rod. He may sell a few and they may be decent cranking rods but I find it pretty odd to mass produce a "Lazer Lure rod". The Castaway college series rods will probably initially sell decently because people will buy anything with their favorite team on it. And they aren't that expensive to boot. Quote

I might go buy one when they come out Quote
