junebugmn Posted July 17, 2010 Posted July 17, 2010 Just want to know if there is anything other than a toothpick that will work on a 1/8 oz worm weight : I have some of those rubber peg's but they don't work on my 1/8 oz weight's, they are too big! Junebugman Quote
ib_of_the_damned Posted July 17, 2010 Posted July 17, 2010 Eagle claw bobber stops. I use these and they work great. here is the link:http://www.***.com/Eagle_Claw_Bobber_Rubber_Stops/descpage-ECBOBRB.html Quote
Super User SoFlaBassAddict Posted July 17, 2010 Super User Posted July 17, 2010 I use the BPS branded ones. Looks exactly like those Eagle Claw stops. Cheap and work great. My only complaint is that I wish they came in all black. Not red, black, and yellow... Quote

Not red, black, and yellow...the eagle claw stops and the bps ones are the same except that the bps ones are so much cheaper, you get a pack of 45 for like $2.50 Quote
Super User iceintheveins Posted July 17, 2010 Super User Posted July 17, 2010 If you are pegging it up on the line, the bobber stops are great. If you are pegging it directly to the bait/hook, nothing works better than the parasite weights. Quote
jdw174 Posted July 18, 2010 Posted July 18, 2010 I'll go along with the Eagle Claw bobber stops. Can't believe I wasted all those years with toothpicks before trying those idiotic rubber "nails" that I couldn't get through the sinker to save my life. The bobber stops are the cat's behind. 8-) Quote
