How do you guys apply KVD Line n lure to your line is it necessary to apply it with a cloth to the line or just spray on the spool. Also how often. Any comments would be helpful.

Just spray it on the spool full of line. Best to do that the night before you go fishing. I also use to spray it on the guides. Once you use it the first time, you can spray it on your line at any time, but it's best to let it thoroughly dry before fishing.

Are you looking to buy it, because if you have it the bottle should explain everything, as well as the website.

Also the website mentions other uses for it as well. Sun glass Cleaner works very well.

What I posted is basically what the directions say.  ::D

Just spray it on the spool and let it dry overnight on the first application. Give 2 - 3 sprays once a trip afterwards. Great stuff and makes line a lot more manageable, giving you slightly longer casts and more natural presentations.

I just spray it on the full spool when I re-spool.  Re-apply as necessary.  With fluoro, I sometimes re-apply during a tournament day if I'm seeing some line twist.
