I now have two BPS Carbonlite rods.  One is the 6'8" MXF spinning rod and the other is the 7' MF casting rod.  I really like both of these rods, and I'm thinking about picking up a couple more on sale for Father's Day.  But before I get too far invested in these rods, I just wanted to get some other opinions from those who have used these rods how they compare to other similar rods (Vendetta, Bucoo, Mojo).

Love the couple I have.  I'll probably pick some more of them up at some point.  Lighter than the Vendetta, feels more comfortable in my hand.  I didn't like the Mojo at all.  Other people love them, some don't.  You've got to use what you feel comfortable with.

I have one I bought as a combo with the Carbonlite reel. It's the 6'9" MH extra fast model. I use it for jigs and T-rigs. I just got it this spring but so far I really like it.

I have a couple I have been using for a bit now.  I have a 7' H X-Fast tip with a carbonlite reel casting setup and I have a 6'6" MH Fast tip with a sahara 2500 spinning setup.  I love them.  Definitely my favorite setups to grab.  They have held up well for me.  I personally don't like the Mojo at all, way to stiff and heavy.  The vendetta's are decent, but the tip weight turns me off.

Cant speak for the carbonlite, but I have used the other 3  and the bucoo is head shoulders above the rest. The 7 H' I own is very close in weight to a loomis IMX in similar spec's.

If I were you I would pick up more Carbonlite rods, I know that I am going to. I think the are one of the best rods out there for the money.

Good info, thanks.  I used to have a Mojo also, but I sold it because I just couldn't get comfortable with it.  The Vendettas seem ok, but one part of the reviews that I was concerned about was the lower rating they got for sensitivity.  I'm looking to add a couple more setups to replace one of my other older jig rods, so sensitivity is a key factor.  I agree that of the 3 I listed, the Bucoo seems to be the best, but I just really like the Carbonlites.  I will be picking up a couple more of them I think.

I like the Carbonlite rods ALOT! I have two and will buy more at a later date! But I will have to sneak them into the house, if you know what I mean!

I really enjoy my setup. I have the 7' MH-f. It took me a second to get use to the poly foam handle since I'm use to the cork foam handles.
