Super User Hammer 4 Posted June 5, 2010 Super User Posted June 5, 2010 I like em..I have a 7'6" LF spinning rod. I've caught 5lb lmb with it, and the backbone on these rods are pretty nice..for the rating. It's now dedicated for light saltwater. Seems to work just fine there also.. For the $$$, and the warranty, they are tough to beat, imho. Quote
SimonDM17 Posted June 5, 2010 Posted June 5, 2010 I have the 7' H casting rod, I got it a couple weeks ago. I like it a lot. It's a little bit tip heavy, I think that's to be expected at its price point, but decently light and sensitive. Good frog/c-rig rod. Could probably also do small/hollow-body swimbaits, but I haven't tried that yet. Quote
Super User SirSnookalot Posted June 5, 2010 Super User Posted June 5, 2010 I have the 6'6 med 6/12 spinning with a supreme 30, does a great job, have caught snook on this set up as well. Quote
Super User NorcalBassin Posted June 5, 2010 Super User Posted June 5, 2010 I have 2 of 'em and have been very pleased... can't beat the quality for that price. Quote
Super User islandbass Posted June 5, 2010 Super User Posted June 5, 2010 Very decent rods. I have a 2-piece casting clarus that is one of my trunk rods. It is 6'6" and medium powered, fast action. sqhertz pretty much summed it up. Quote
