This weekend i am buying a new reel. I need some opinions based on experience with different reels. It is between The revo sx, the citica, or the curado 200E

My OPINION is the curado. I also like the citica i bought both about a year ago and neither have failed me yet so i think i will stay with shimano!

have seen them all on my shop bench's.

For ease of setup I would say any of the Shimano® reels in your budget...

Same answer I gave you yesterday when you first posted this question but nobody decided to answer.

the curado is the best choice if you have the money.  The citica is also a very nice reel.  It's my spinnerbait reel at this time.  I use the curado mainly for pitching and flipping and also fishing weightless plastics.

I'd go with the Curado, I have 4 and one citica, both are good but the curado is better.  The new SX may be good bit the older one was so tough to dail in and too touchy for me.

Watch this...he has some good insights on gear

I've had 8 Curados all sizes,3 different series. If your just bass fishing maybe it'll last you forever! Between the Curado E and the Stradic CI4, Im no longer the completely loyal shimano user I had been for 20 years. I happier with the 2010 Revo SX than Ive ever been with any Curado.

Same answer I gave you yesterday when you first posted this question but nobody decided to answer.

Same replies, at least three times a week,

every week. The answers, in alphabetical

order:

Abu Garcia, BPS, Cabela's, Daiwa, Okuma,

Pflueger, Quantum, Shakespear, Shimano,

US Reel, Zebco and some others.

Best price? Around $20 for a Wal-Mart combo

or a $600 reel matched to a $500 rod. My

suggestion for "Best Value" might be a big

retailer's in-house combo on sale ~ $150.

Best line? Same story, one of many...

For my money: Shimano reels; G. Loomis and

St. Croix rods; Yo-Zuri Hybrid line; Gamakatsu

hooks and Toyota SUVs!

To answer the original question: I recommend

the Curado 200E7.

They're all durable reels.  If you have the funds, the Curado would be my choice, out of those reels, even though I fish Daiwa.

The new Curados are great. Plus, you can't beat the Shimano quality they put in their reels. Casts a mile, and I trust mine over any reel I've ever used. Definitely worth a look.
