I was using my new Certate 2000 for the second time and the handle screw (G46-9401) came off and fell into the lake. How can I get a replacement?

Is that a part #? if it is then you must have a part's list and the phone# should be attached for ordering part's or get on the web and google local dealer's and repair place's.

Yes it is a part number and I do have the phone number to call and order one.  I was hoping someone would make a post like "contact so-and-so at Daiwa and they will send you one" since it is a new reel and the screw was not installed tight enough.

Good luck then I'm sure some one on here somewhere will be able to help you out with a contact.

Call Daiwa and they 'll most probably send you one for free.
