I have a ton of old wads of fishing line that I am looking to get rid of, and I don't want to throw it out. Any suggestions?

We have containers in Florida at many public fishing locations designated for old line, I use them.  I put my old line in bag, toss it in the trunk of my car until I pass by a receptacle for old line.

Old line can be a nightmare for birds and animals.

Put mine in a milk carton, and toss it in the recycleing bin...which the city picks up.

Check BPS.  I think at one time they use to take old line.
