has any one used these or know the quality?

i've got a chance to pick up a couple used ones for around $30 apiece.  i don't know if they are low end or not??

Combo rods. Put your $60 towards a better stick.

The entire outfit (rod & reel) retails for less than $45 brand new. Figure roughly half of that for a used setup, and then subtract half of what's left for the missing reel and you wind up with an $11 rod.
