mixmasterg Posted April 18, 2010 Posted April 18, 2010 What's the best way to tie a fluorocarbon leader on Fireline Crystal? Quote
bassman018 Posted April 18, 2010 Posted April 18, 2010 I believe its called the uni to uni, look it up. Quote
nightstick911 Posted April 18, 2010 Posted April 18, 2010 i also use the uni to uni but with one modification. double up the braided line on itself and tie the uni with the loop that you formed. since braid is such a small diameter this mod helps keep it from cutting into the flourocarbon. and the knot is still plenty small enough to go through your guides. hope this helps. Just want to add that you should make sure the knots and the line in between are wet before pulling them together and tight. Quote
