Just wanted to know which steez rod and or reel do you own and what do you use it for.

I have the steez compile-x 7ft heavy fast and steez 100sha reel. I primarily use it for jigs and worms and my heavier t-rigs. I occasionally toss on a smaller swimbait once in a long while.

hows it treat you?

It's been real nice to me. Cooks and cleans and even gets a little wild in bed.  :)

But seriously it's wonderful, well balanced and light. Light enough that when i'm pitching a 1/2oz weight my rod feels extremely tip heavy because of the weight lol.

I have the same rod paired up with a TD-Z103 and use it mainly for spinnerbaits & chatterbaits. It's very light but I don't feel it's as sensitive as my Loomis rods.

I can't believe you took the Core 50MG7

off your MBR842C.

I'm truly sorry RW, I knew that would be a stab in the heart for you but it just feels so much better with the steez reel and that makes it the sweetest rod on the planet.  You would have to pry it from my cold dead hands.

JacobK,

I can't believe you are selling that setup.  It's perfect for jigs and frogs.

Micropterus salmoides,

Several people have asked me for IPT measurements on all 4 models of Steez baitcasters.  I'll try to check it and post this weekend.
