I'm really thinking about this rod as an addition.  I like the contact rods that I have in the series, and want to add another 7' crankstick to the mix.  Is it as solid a rod as they say for med-deep cranks?

bought that rod over the winter used it the last 3 days no fish caught but i threw a dt16 texas rigged plastic spinnerbait soft swimbait and a top water frog

i am really liking the rod just wish the fish would agree

to answer your question yes the rod does amazing with deep cranks

tackle tour did a review of the rods 7'6" m 7'6" heavy and the 7 foot heavy
