I would get a 7'2" Kistler Carbon Steel Frog n Slop, or a 7'6" Vandetta Heavy flipping stick.

I did check that Vendetta out, but i forgot to mention i want something either 7'2 ot 7'3 so i will check that Kistler out for sure

Thanks

i also asked this before but did not get a clear answer. I have a 7' HMG MH. Could i possibly use this as my frog/pitching rod or should i purchase another one?

I was using a mh/f rod for the latter part of last season with no ill effects. I was throwing in some heavy cover, but all were dinks and relatively close to where I was wading, so I didn't have much of a fight.

Check out e bay or BassResource, they will have some good deals. I just picked up a  mojo flippin stick for $95.

I use a Mojo 7' Heavy rod for frogs and it doubles nicely as a pitchin' rod when the frog bite ends - if there was one.

;D

You can use it. And decide for yourself if you need any more juice.

Abu Vendetta 7'3" Heavy X-Fast. Picked one up locally here in Canada for $72. ;)

Other options are what was already mentioned - Kistler Carbon Steel "Frog'n'Slop". I have the 7'3" one from 2009 and its a great rod -- tons of backbone and its relatively light, too.

Has anyone used MidwestHuntersOutlet.com? The only problem is that they dont have a fishing section where u can click unless you search a product into google and then it pops up. This leads me to believe that may have previously had fishing products but got rid of them and now they are still showing up on google

Lamiglas Excel is a nice option as well. I got the 7'3" MHF model. It will handle 1/2 - 1 1/2 oz baits and should be perfect for what you're asking, it's what I bought mine for.

Well they sure ain't no gloomis or nothing but for a hundred dollars i like em better than my falcon originals. i have heard that they're heavy and the only one heavy to me is that senko rod and it feels heavier than the flippin rod
