Whether I am fishing for Bass or Snook or Tarpon...I always use Shimano.

I almost hate to say it because its bound to cause a s*&t storm, but I love my e21 carrot stix!

They are eye catching...How do you like them?

I love it, 6'9" mh fast, super light, super sensitive, starting season two as soon as the ice melts.

Not to be a wiseguy..but wouldn't a person had to try all of the above to have a "favorite"...??

No, they would just have to have a favorite rod company that they use. Then they simply select that rod company. I didn't mean "favorite out of the above"

I've only used a couple different rods. St. Croix was (the premier and mojo) but now that I got my Dobyns that thing is just too sweet!

Thats tough. I have 3 favorite rod companies. Dobyns, Shimano, and Loomis.

I like different things about each company but if I had to pick one I would say Loomis because they hold their value so well and their just super rods.

For balance and weight Dobyns and Shimano are my favorites as well as price for what you get.

Freshwater, shimano

Saltwater offshore, Shimano tallus spinning, Star handicraft b/c

Only rod I own that I hate is a daiwa.
