Out of the braids I've tried, Spiderwire, PP and Sufix, Sufix hands down.  I've had line digging issues on all except Sufix, none whatsoever.  I can cast this stuff a country mile.  Having said this, I'm interested in the 16 strand hollow braid PP is coming out with from a knotless braid to leader connection standpoint as well as what I suspect will be great castability.  And I have had much better luck with line manageability with the larger poundages, which for me is 50lbs...30lbs I did not like so much.  Just my .02.

x2. I like how Sufix gets soft like yarn after using it. Powerpro retains that hard/plasticky feel to it the entire time.

Note, I have not used Dodgeguy's favorite braid (Fireline) so my data is limited to only the above 3.

Fireline braid for me.

i have used fireline spinning and casting and i hated it. It is coated with somthing that makes it feel like mono and castabilty isnt that great but if you like the coated stuff i guess it works.

I use sufix all the way

I have tried Spiderwire stealth, Spiderwire Ultra Cast, Suffix, Fireline Braid, and Power Pro. I use Power Pro, it does everything I need/want a braid to do, is a quality first rate line, and (except  for Stealth) saves me a few $$ over the others.
