knap Posted December 8, 2009 Posted December 8, 2009 i have been looking at a new bass fishing set up at bass pro. a BPS pro Qualifier Baitcaster and a St. Croix Mojo Bass Trigger Rod. i will be using it for pitching and flipping mainly. well has anyone had good or bad things about either the rod or the reel? thanks Quote
Brendan Duffy Posted December 8, 2009 Posted December 8, 2009 I have the mojo bass plastics trigger rod and love it Quote
endless Posted December 8, 2009 Posted December 8, 2009 i never use the rod but love the reel. i have the 7.1 ratio and i love it so far. i can just about cast anything with out a backlash problem. im using 30 lb braid and yesterday i was throwing a small weighted bobber and a large minnow as weight with no problems.
