i know alot of people are looking at rods in the $100.oo range or lower and want a good rod with split grips and good components , well i attended a big tackle show ( BASS-A-THON) and was checking out the OKUMA booth and the EVX model jumped out at me as a nice looking rod . it has FUJI ACS reel seats , ALPS stainless ring guides , IM8 blank , split grips (no fore grip) and has a life time guarantee !!!! . btw , no i'm not affliated with OKUMA nor sponsored by them !! . and to top it all off , they are only $90.oo !!! :) . so i just wanted to throw out some more options for you guys , here is the link on there website : http://www.okumafishing.com/family/297594/EVx
