  Carrot Stix.  They retail for $150.00 and are very lightweight for those days that you do nothing but flipping.  Also, they are extrememly sensitive for those very light bites.

yes i was wondering if those were good for flipping thanks what length rod do you use

They have a 7'6''H and a 7'9''XH

I have the 7'6" flipping stick.

why the long length does it matter if i were to get a 6'9'' or 7' one?

It's all about what you are comfortable with. I have two rigs that I flip/punch/frog with. One is a 6'10" and the other a 7'3". I used a 7'6" for years but snapped it off this summer, and found that I am more comfortable with a shorter rod. Just go with what feels right, and you'll be ok.
